Miss USA 1995, the forty-fourth Miss USA pageant, was held at South Padre Island, Texas culminating in the final competition and crowning on February 10, 1995.

The pageant was won by Chelsi Smith of Texas, who was crowned by outgoing titleholder Lu Parker of South Carolina.[1] Smith was the seventh titleholder from Texas, and the first Texan to win the Miss Congeniality award (as well as the first pageant winner to also win this award). She also won in her home state (Texas), becoming only the 4th winner to win in her home state. She would later go on to win the 1995 Miss Universe title, and so first runner-up Shanna Moakler inherited her USA title. Moakler was the first former Miss Teen USA delegate to hold the Miss USA title.

The pageant was held on South Padre Island for the second time. It was hosted by Bob Goen for the second consecutive year, and Daisy Fuentes offered colour commentary. Barry Manilow provided entertainment during the competition.
