Miss Millie's is a chain of fried chicken outlets, based in the city of Bristol, England. The company operate in ten locations in the West of England and South Wales, predominantly in Bristol.

The company began when Chairman Harry Latham, who had built up the KFC business in the UK with partner Ray Allen, bought out the franchises for Bristol, Weston-super-Mare and Cardiff .
Harry had always maintained close links with Colonel Sanders, the founder of KFC, and named his new operation after the Colonel's daughter Mildred. She is a frequent visitor to the UK, and still helps and advises the business.

In all, there are seven outlets throughout Bristol, one in nearby Weston-super-Mare and a further two in Cardiff, Wales.
