Miss Elaine is an American manufacturer and retailer of quality women's nightwear. The company is famous for its extremely soft and sheer nightgown nylon fabric known as Silk Essence. The family owned company, now in its third generation, was founded in 1926. They are headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri.
Until recently, the company's products were only available in department and specialty stores with limited on-line availability. However, the company has just opened its first website with an on-line store to go up soon.
