The Miskolc Opera Festival or International Opera Festival of Miskolc (Miskolci Nemzetközi Operafesztivál) is a cultural event held every summer in Miskolc, the capital of Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county, Hungary. The event offers a selection of opera performances with the participations of famous artists from all over the world.

It is also called "Bartók + ... Opera Festival", because originally each year the festival focused on the works of two composers, and one of them was always Béla Bartók. 2005 was the first exception, since not only one, but three other composers – Rossini, Bellini and Donizetti – were honored besides Bartók.

The festival was the idea of Péter Müller Sziámi, the former art director of the National Theatre of Miskolc. It was first organised in 2001.

During the days of the festival MVK Rt. operates a tram which stops before the theatre – where other trams don't stop – and is free to use if you have a theatre ticket for that day. It is a nostalgia tram, and isn't in use during other times of the year.
