Mishawum is a passenger rail station on MBTA Commuter Rail's Lowell Line.[1] Currently trains only stop at the station 6 times a day Monday through Friday, there are no stops on Saturday or Sunday.
Here is the current schedule:
- Inbound trains: 4:36 PM, 5:31 PM and 6:06 PM
- Outbound trains: 7:07 AM, 7:49 AM and 8:34 AM.
The schedule is subject to change. As of February 2008, there is extensive construction work going on at the Mishawum train station; parking is not currently available at the station, and there is currently no handicap accessibility. The nearest station with parking is the Anderson/Woburn station about a mile away. When the construction work is complete, the MBTA will reopen the station to full-time status, with new high platforms, warning bells, scrolling marquee signs and new station lighting. The station will be cleaner, brighter and fully accessible. Amtrak will not make a stop at Mishawum.[citation needed]
