Misdongard Betoligar (born September 26, 1985 in N'Djamena, Chad) is a football player from Chad, currently playing for Red Star Belgrade in Serbia. He has previously played for Union Douala and was the top scorer of the Cameroon Première Division during the season 2007.

Betoligar is a member of Chad national football team and has played 24 games during his international career.
