Indian Reservations of the Mississippi Chippewa. Shown are the 1855 Treaty-established Indian Reservations at Gull Lake (extinguished), Rabbit Lake (extinguished), Pokegama Lake (extinguished), Mille Lacs Lake (disputed), Sandy Lake (disputed) and Rice Lake (yet to be established). Also shown are the White Oak Point Indian Reservation (now part of Leech Lake Indian Reservation), 1868 Treaty-established White Earth Indian Reservation, its expansion by Executive Order, and its reduction (today's boundaries) by Executive Order.
