It's not neutral because non-Buddhists, and some modernist Buddhists, deny it. Therefore, under Wikipedia definitions, it is an opinion, not a fact, and should be stated as such. See WP:NPOV for details. Peter jackson (talk) 11:32, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

The statement that these powers are a side-effect is wrong. The Samannaphala Sutta and other texts explicitly state that they are deliberately developed. Peter jackson (talk) 11:33, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
