Miroslav Rajh

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Miroslav Rajh is a Croatian politician.

During the 2005 presidential elections he ran as a candidate for the Croatian Youth Party (HSM). He was the youngest presidential candidate in Croatian history. Miroslav Rajh left an impression with the local population when he made a remark, on the national TV in front of all presidential candidates, on today's Croatian politicians as "old farts" who should abandon the political scene and leave it to younger and modern politicians without a corrupted political past. That made him very repulsive in the eyes of general public.

After the first round of elections, he joined Boris Mikšić in his aborted bid to address alleged election fraud set up by HDZ and Stjepan Mesić's men.

After the elections, he co-founded the Croatian anti-criminal organization (HAKO) and was elected for the editor in a Croatian magazine called Mladi List.

He lives and works in Vrtlinovec, Croatia.
