Miroslav Karhan (born June 21, 1976 in Trnava) is a Slovak footballer.
He began playing football with local club Spartak Trnava. Via Real Betis and Beşiktaş J.K. he came to VfL Wolfsburg in 2001. As of August 2007 he has played 173 games and scored 9 goals in the Bundesliga. He has joined relegated Mainz on a free transfer from VfL Wolfsburg.
Karhan has been capped 84 times and scored 12 goals for the Slovak national team and he was also its captain.
