Mirosława Zakrzewska-Kotula (1932–1990) was a Polish volleyball, basketball and handball player and coach. 99 times player of Poland women's national volleyball team (1949–1961) and 14 times player of Poland women's national basketball team (1950–1952). After end of her career as a player she became a coach. Gold medalist of Polish Volleyball Championship (1949, 1950, 1959) and Polish Handball Championship (1949, 1952).
She was a player of HKS Łódź, Chemia Łódź, Unia Łódź, Stal Bielsko-Biała, Wisła Kraków, Start Gdynia.
