Mirko Bašić (born September 14, 1960 in Bjelovar) is a former Yugoslav/Croatian handball player who competed in the 1984 Summer Olympics and in the 1988 Summer Olympics.
In 1984 he was a member of the Yugoslav handball team which won the gold medal. He played all six matches as goalkeeper.
Four years later he was part of the Yugoslav team which won the bronze medal. He played five matches as goalkeeper.
