Mireille Johnston

Mireille Johnston (née Mireille Busticaccia) (4 October 1935 in Nice, Alpes-Maritimes, FranceOctober 5, 2000 in Paris, France) was a French/American cook, author and scholar who also hosted television shows on the BBC.

In 1992 Mireille appeared in A Cooks Tour of France, a BBC TV cookery series. She also translated the film The Sorrow and the Pity; her father had been a member of the French resistance and the film is about the collaboration of French nationals in a town during the second world war.
