Mirchi ka salan

Mirchi ka salan is a popular chili and peanut curry of Hyderabad. It is served as a side dish of Hyderabadi biryani.[1]

Green Chillies, Peanuts, cumin seeds, ginger and garlic paste, turmeric powder, bayleaf and thick tamarind juice.

Chillies are immersed in boiling water to remove tartness. Oil is heated and chillies are fried in it.
Add cumin seeds after a while. Add bayleaves powder
