Mircea Şimon (born January 22, 1954) is a retired Romanian boxer. At the 1976 Summer Olympics he won the Heavyweight Silver medal for Romania.

Şimon turned pro in 1978 and had limited success in the heavyweight division. He retired after a loss in 1979 to veteran journeyman Leroy Caldwell with a pro record of 12-1-1 with 10 KO's.
