Mirat Sarsembayev (b. 1986) is an amateur boxer from Kazakhstan best known to win the flyweight bronze at the 2005 World Amateur Boxing Championships.

At the world championships he beat Don Broadhurst and Walid Cherif but lost the semifinal to Cuban southpaw Andry Laffita.
At the Asian Games 2006 he lost the quarterfinal to Somjit Jongjohor 11:20, 2007 at the World Chamipionships he lost to the same opponent 8:17.
