MirageOS is a graphical shell for the Texas Instruments TI-83+ and TI-84+ created by Detached Solutions. It allows the user to run assembly programs that were compiled for it, or the Ion shell. Despite the name—OS being a common abbreviation for operating system—it is actually a standard application stored in flash memory, not an entire operating system.

MirageOS provides an easy-to-use, customizable GUI interface for loading assembly programs and TI-BASIC programs with a proper header, MirageOS also provides a rich API for application and games development as well as full backwards compatibility with the historical TI-83/83+ "standard" ION format. Less commonly used features include limited task switching similar to that in DOS Shell and password protection.
