Miracle Wood Stakes

The Miracle Wood Stakes is a American Thoroughbred horse race held in February at Laurel Park Racecourse in Laurel, Maryland.
The Miracle Wood (named for Miracle Wood, a memorable Maryland champion runner) is open to three-year-olds willing to race one mile on the dirt. An ungraded stakes, it offers a purse of $90,000. It will be in its 14th running in 2008.
