Metropolitan Mihailo (Serbian Cyrillic: Мираш Дедеић, born Miraš Dedeić) is the current head of the uncanonical Montenegrin Orthodox Church. He has the title of Archbishop of Cetinje and the Montenegrin Metropolinate. He was in full communion with other churches like the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Kievan Patriarchate, the Orthodox Church in Italy and the Bulgarian Alternative Synod, until February 2008. These churches broke communion with him and his church after his uncanonical reception of two priests, who were suspended by the Orthodox Church in Italy.

Metropolitan Mihailo was born in Ramovo Ždrijelo near Zavidovići, Kingdom of Yugoslavia (modern Bosnia) on 8 November 1938. He was a priest of the Ecumenical Orthodox Church of Constantinople (in Rome, Italy) until he was excommunicated in 1997 for uncanonical actions.[1] He was proclaimed the Metropolitan of the self-styled Montenegrin Orthodox Church at the assembly of his followers in Cetinje, on 6 January 1997 to succeed Antonije Abramović.

Besides his native Serbo-Croatian, Dedeić is fluent in Italian, Russian and Greek language. He resides at Cetinje.
