201289: during an IFR-approach to Bierset the aircraft suffered engine problems and crashed. The pilot ejected late,sacrifying himself, in order to avoid a village, and was unfortunately killed. Lt.vl.Pieter Demuynck (2 Wing - 42 Squadron). Rest in peace Piet!
