Miquel Faig is a Catalan economist and Professor of Economics at the University of Toronto. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Barcelona in 1979 and his PhD at Stanford University in 1986. His research interests include Monetary Theory, Macroeconomics and Finance. He is a member of the American Economic Association and the Canadian Economic Association.
