I grew up in Culver City, California near Los Angeles and as a college student am considering a career in advocacy for people with disabilities; to this end I plan to achieve an educational background in public policy and possibly law. Wikipedia appeals to me as an independent thinker who wants "pure" information for others and myself; I think educating the world for "free" is a very humanitarian ideal and project. I wish to contribute to world knowledge and am thankful for what gains Wikipedia has already imparted to me. Because I have Asperger's and am curious about the world in an academically educated but somewhat socially naive way, I am interested in politics (I lean fiscally conservative and socally liberal), history, psychology, sociology, and business, as well as some more specific areas.
