Hi. My real name is Matt Soell. I'm a writer based in Chicago.

Since 1995 I have worked in the videogame industry, first for Bungie (both in its original independent Bungie Software Products Corporation days as well as the Microsoft-era Bungie Studios days) and currently for Wideload Games.

I cannot pretend to be unbiased about any of the companies mentioned above, but as an employee of each I was occasionally witness to history. I will occasionally attempt to clarify a point of historical fact whilst remaining within Wikipedia guidelines.

Apart from that, I'm guessing most of my edits will be spelling and grammar corrections. I'm one of those throwbacks who believes that stuff still matters.
