[edit] Information
Teams list is comprised of the 156 teams that competed during the 2004-05 season. This needs to be adjusted yearly. --Schulte 04:55, 10 Jun 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Reconcile
There are instances where teams that won championships were joint efforts between multiple schools. There are other instances where schools have merged or split (Edina and Edina East in particular). --Schulte 04:55, 10 Jun 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Cooperative Schools
Removing the notation on the St. Paul Senators. The St. Paul Senators are notated below, with the schools in the co-op listed, but no other co-op teams are notated. Either all need to be listed or none. Since there are many co-op teams it is easier to list none. Limasbravo 19:36, 19 June 2006 (UTC)
Under the team column, which is listing the mascots, there are a few where there is just a number listed. Clicking the number brings up the MSHSL team page, which all the others do the same. I'm not seeing any notation below the table, so I'm standardizing them with the rest of the list. Limasbravo 14:04, 20 June 2006 (UTC)
- What do you mean by standardizing them, Limasbravo? --Schulte 14:24, 20 June 2006 (UTC)
Now that I'm looking a little further at them, it appears that the ones where they have the numbers that have the numbers on the mascots are ones where the mascot is unknown. It just looks a little weird having numbers, but no notation below the table. Any idea the easiest way to solve this? Maybe have all of them the same number and then below the table say "mascot unknown" or something like that? I did update a couple of the mascots. Any ideas you have? What I meant by standardizing is just making those entrys the same as the others, but since we don't know the mascot names this isn't possible. Limasbravo 14:31, 20 June 2006 (UTC)
- All we need to do is track them down. Some are more difficult to discern unless you know about a team...such as MAML...cooperative teams are not as easy sometimes...multiple high school team names, but when they play together, they sometimes go with another team name, like the Stars. St. Paul Senators, the Senators I assume? Only 9 to go...Tri-City will likely fade. Just takes a little diligence to get the rest. --Schulte 14:44, 20 June 2006 (UTC)
We will have to find out for sure about the Senators, but I would guess Senators as well. Limasbravo 15:21, 20 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Girls
Are there plans to added information about girls hockey? if not than the page should be retitled Minnesota high school boys hockey or something like that Smith03 20:42, 1 August 2006 (UTC)
- I believe that is what the page use to be called, and then it got changed to this for some reason. I think we should just rename it what is used to be called, Minnesota high school boys hockey , and then we could create a separate page for girls if desired.--Gephart 03:33, 2 August 2006 (UTC)

- See the June 11 edit in the history. We should quickly review the naming conventions before making another article name change... --Schulte 17:12, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
- I think we should just rename the article to the above stated name. It was changed without consensus or even a vote and seemed to be unjustified. I would go ahead and just change it.--Gephart 18:22, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
- Ok, I made the move. We should probably clean up the old redirects so that they some in cleanly to this new article name. --Schulte 18:39, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
