[edit] Layout
The new layout I have used is much better when you can see the Turin map, which is highly relevant to the article. The picture of the goddess is surely of much lesser importance. Peterlewis (talk) 21:50, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
- I agree but it was really an extreme size. Please see WP:MOS#Images. --BorgQueen (talk) 21:59, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
- Besides, when the reader clicks on the map, they can see it in its full size anyway. --BorgQueen (talk) 22:01, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
The thumbnail is quite obscure at its present size, blurred and indistinct. It should be larger.Peterlewis (talk) 06:30, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
- You see, whether an image is the right size or not also depends on various factors, such as the user's screen resolution, window configuration, font size and browser. I've been told by some users that even 250px images are overwhelmingly large in their configuration - which is why this guideline encourages that we use the default image size, because the user can adjust the image size here themselves without editing them in articles. However, since the map image has a sort of exceptional aspect ratio, I think we can allow 350px in this case. --BorgQueen (talk) 09:13, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
