[edit] Accuracy

I'm not a wiki member (thus cannot edit), your definition of MRA is a little vague/inaccurate. A MRA is more important for determining fixes using off-route or preceding/subsequent navaids (prior to or after the changeover point). If you're at MEA, you'll have reception from the appropriate navaid. I just recommend that the wording is changed to reflect the real definition.
