[edit] What is it?

I just cleaned up this article for grammar, spelling and redundancies. As I was doing so, I noticed that it never tells us what a "miniature sheet" is. A good definition of the term is needed for this article. As written, it's a good afd candidate. -- MisterHand 16:10, 28 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Rename

The more common philatelic term is "souvenir sheet". Note that the article uses the term "souvenir sheet" repeatedly rather than "miniature sheet". Also, some souvenir sheets are as large as a full (say 25+ stamp) sheet but only have a few stamps and a lot of illustrated border. This article should definately be renamed "souvenir sheet." Either term would be fine with me. Interestingly, the Papua New Guinea post makes an official distinction; see [1]. Stan 15:37, 31 December 2006 (UTC)
