I think the meaning was "solitaire" as in one player, not as in patience card game. Besides, isn't it bundled with sol.exe? --Damian Yerrick 03:03, 12 December 2005 (UTC)

While that might be the original meaning, that's not what people think when they hear the word "solitaire" nowadays. The Windows versions of Minesweeper have always been separate exe's on their own as far as I can remember. Benny Benjamin 02:45, 13 December 2005 (UTC)
