Talk:Minerva Paradizo
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Forgive the tangent, but look up Ghost in the Shell. See any simularities in names through out the book, or is there a culture reference I'm not getting? Probably just me being crazy though.

[edit] Vengeance
Could however keeps removing the comment that says Minerva may only be interested in Artemis because she wants revenge on him for outwitting her please stop removing said comment as it is relevant because Mineva does inwardly vow vengeance during the conference at her chateau and it is probably the case as it is quite suspicious that such a ruthless person would spontaneously become nice like she did!
Oh sweet lord! They've deleted the Fictional femmes fatales category. People are getting completely category deletion happy around here.
By the end of the book I believe it would be sensible to suggest that she no longer wants vengeance. -007bond 10:48, 20 May 2007 (UTC)
She might do.
[edit] Links
Removed some attempted links to Artemis Fowl's page - there's no need for three in the same paragraph, especially not when they point to Artemis-the-goddess.209.115.196.141 23:26, 12 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] The quark joke
Does anyone get it?
Ah, yes. There are some genii around here.Eddisford 22:00, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
What's she on about because I didn't?/!
I belive Minerva could be a resource for Artemis II, just as Holly, Butler and Juliet Butler.
Fascinating but what about the quark joke?
I got it!!Doin'Huh3.5 (talk) 21:47, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
[edit] "See Also" potentionally non NPOV
Linking to "Mary Sue", even if it is just a term used in the world of literature, could potentionally bias the article, pejoratively. Maybe It's a bit overkill, and I won't just start playing unwanted moderator and deleate things which could fit... Just asking what you people think about it.
[edit] Assumed?
Err, I think there are too many assumed in the article. WE cannot assume anything unless real evidence come out can we?--Hanaichi 00:59, 15 July 2007 (UTC)
I agree. Wikipedia contains facts, not speculation. -007bond aka Matthew G aka codingmasters 06:11, 15 July 2007 (UTC)
You may be right. All that stuff about her being a Mary-Sue could class as original research anyway.
[edit] WikiProject France?
Um...why is this article within the scope of WikiProject France? Is it because Minerva is a fictional character who happens to be French? That doesn't seem like a good reason to be part of that WikiProject... -98.200.56.236 (talk) 01:21, 8 January 2008 (UTC) I agree; it's ridiculous. (Please create an account so we can discuss the answers to questions like this on talk pages.) I'm going to take the initiative to remove it from WikiProject France. [edit] Femme fatale?
Why is 'femme fatale' listed under relevant links? Maybe my definition is different to yours, but Minerva certainately isn't one in my book. Strdst grl (talk) 19:10, 22 February 2008 (UTC)
Well she is a "deadly female." I suppose that classes her as a femme fatale which is really what the word means. It is potentially POV however so maybe the offending link should be removed. --Jupiter Optimus Maximus (talk) 09:57, 3 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Eye color?
Why is Minerva's eyecolor listed as "houston"? I don't remember her eye color even being described, but it's been a while. Could someone please fix it?? I would, but I don't know a whole lot about formatting on here. Doin'Huh3.5 (talk) 21:52, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
Is "Houston" even an eye color? anyways, I'll go look that up. I don't remember it either. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Suzumebachisecret (talk • contribs) 22:45, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
