Talk:Mind Sports Organisation

Accusations or allegations are a little too controversial on a wikipage. But it is fine as long as no particular person is named. DoctorDog 05:12, 23 Mar 2005 (UTC)
I'm not sure about that. I think it may be ok to post "The organizers, Tony Buzan and Raymond Keyne were implicated in the misappropriation" as long as there is a linked article or reference showing that case.
- There has been quite a lot published about this. I think WP should be careful only to quote published material. The article is in any case extremely incomplete. (I wrote for the MindZine, by the way.) Charles Matthews 10:06, 12 Apr 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Decamentathlon components
From the article:
- At MSO tournaments, the Decamentathlon is a composite event in which players compete in ten separate mind sports: memory skills, mental calculation, IQ, bridge, chess, othello, 8 by 8 draughts, Mastermind, and creative thinking.
So what's the tenth? Counting? JamesMLane 00:18, 20 August 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Notability
Someone seemed to think this wasn't notable but I really don't think it's suitability for a Wikipedia article is in any doubt (really?) and have removed the tags. Tilefish 21:28, 15 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] MSO 11, Potters Bar UK 2007?
Does anyone have information about the results from the 2007 MSO? Their web page does not provide any. Did the event even take place? Thanks for your time.Twixter (talk) 15:37, 29 November 2007 (UTC)
