[edit] Bias
To me, this article seems to be advertising MindPlay, rather than being an Encyclopedia article on it. I've invited SpikeJones (who created this article) to explain his interest, here or on his talk page, before I edit it to conform to NPOV. --me_and 20:20, 11 July 2005 (UTC)
I see how you could interpret the article/info as an advertisement, but it was not intended as such. It *is* one new casino technology used to track 'cheaters'. Recent news articles in Wired Magazine, USA Today, and Casino Player magazine... along with it being featured on a recent episode of The Takedown on CourtTV was my inspiration, if you'll call it that. Perhaps a better place for this info would be on a "casino technology" page where all sorts of different techs could be added, such as RFID in the casino chips or perhaps added to the eye in the sky page instead? I've tried to neutralize the article a bit, mentioning card counter's objections and efforts to rid casinos of MindPlay. Hope this helps. Realkyhick 07:28, 4 September 2005 (UTC)
- It does come across as much more balanced now. I think it could be untagged. Spindrift 12:22, 2 November 2005 (UTC)
