[edit] Unencyclopedic material
This article seriously needs expansion, but unfortunately, a lot of the text looked more like Wikitravel. If anybody can salve some of this material about the festivals or similar, feel free to do so, but in this particular case, I believe it was better to cut away everything "odd" the first time.
