Carver, Minnesota c. 1900 Carver is a city in Carver County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 1,266 at the 2000 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 4.0 square miles (10.4 km²), of which, 3.8 square miles (10.0 km²) of it is land and 0.2 square miles (0.4 km²) of it (4.22%) is water. U.S. Highway 212 serves as a main route for the community. As of the census2 of 2000, there were 1,266 people, 458 households, and 349 families residing in the city. (Full article)
