Minneiska is a city located in the U.S. state of Minnesota. The population was 116 at the 2000 census. The city is located on the county border, and is partly within Wabasha County and Winona County. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.0 square miles (2.7 km²), of which, 0.6 square miles (1.5 km²) of it is land and 0.5 square miles (1.2 km²) of it (44.66%) is water.
