Minutiæ Inertia is a solo project currently recording in Vancouver, WA. To date there have been three albums by Minutiæ Inertia: There Are Clouds Above Everything, Planet Earth is Mostly Water and Munchausen Syndrome by President. The next release is in the works.
Minutiæ Inertia features a wide range of styles, instruments and voices. Songs range from the soft and eerily sweet "Preformationist Beginnings" to the loud assault of "Ultrasonic Vibrations" and from there the plot just thickens.
Minutiæ Inertia has used an E-bow on many stringed instruments to date: both electric and acoustic guitars, as well as fretless bass, and electric bass, often combined with keyboards and vocoder, creating an odd yet unsettling sound. The album "Munchausen Syndrome by President" (2006) features many E-bowed tracks slipping in and out of each other.
