Dougie Franklin is a character from the early CHCH days of The Red Green Show. Dougie is known for his monster truck which he views with near-religious reverence. He is jealous of his brother Ben, the smarter of the two.

Dougie was played by Canadian actor Ian Thomas. Ben was played by Ian's brother Dave Thomas.
