Minnesota State Highway 99 is a highway in south central Minnesota, which runs from its intersection with Minnesota Highway 21 in Erin Township (northwest of Faribault, Minnesota) and continues west to its western terminus at its intersection with U.S. Highway 14 in Nicollet, Minnesota.

Minnesota Highway 99 serves as an east-west arterial route between the communities of Faribault, Le Center, St. Peter, and Nicollet.

The route was authorized in 1933.
Highway 99 was paved in 1940 except between Minnesota Highway 13 and Minnesota Highway 21. This last section was paved by 1953.
