Minnesota State Highway 89 is a highway in northwest Minnesota which runs from Manitoba Highway 89 (near Pinecreek) and continues south to its southern terminus at U.S. Highway 2 in Eckles Township (immediately west of Bemidji).

Minnesota Highway 89 is 144-miles in length.

Highway 89 runs around the west side of Red Lake from Bemidji to Roseau. "Moose" signs can be seen along this road.

Highway 89 overlaps Minnesota Highway 1 for 28-miles on the southwest side of Red Lake. This is the longest concurrency with another state highway within Minnesota.
