Minnesota State Highway 80 is a two lane state highway in southeast Minnesota. It is contained fully in Fillmore County. The highway was previously designated U.S. Route 16, until 1949, when a bypass of Wykoff and Fountain was constructed and the U.S. 16 (now Minnesota State Highway 16) designation was moved to that route.
