Minnesota State Highway 66 is a highway in south central Minnesota, which runs from its interchange with U.S. Highway 169 / Minnesota Highway 60 (co-signed) in Mankato, Minnesota and continues south to its southern terminus at its intersection with Blue Earth County Roads 1 and 10 in Good Thunder, Minnesota.

All eleven miles of Highway 66 are in Blue Earth County.
The route was authorized in 1949 and originally marked as Minnesota Highway 256 until 1963 when it was renumbered 66.
The highway was paved by 1953.
