Minnesota State Highway 32 is a highway in west-central and northwest Minnesota, which runs from its intersection with Minnesota Highway 34 in Tansem Township (east of Barnesville) and continues north to its northern terminus at its intersection with Minnesota Highway 11 in Greenbush.

Minnesota Highway 32 serves as a north-south arterial route between Thief River Falls, Red Lake Falls, Fertile, Twin Valley, and Tansem Township in west-central and northwest Minnesota.

Minnesota Highway 32 passes through the counties of:

Minnesota Highway 32 parallels U.S. 75 and U.S. 59 throughout its route in west-central and northwest Minnesota.

Minnesota 32 passes through the Glacial Ridge National Wildlife Refuge in Polk County, just east of Crookston.

The southern terminus for Minnesota 32 is its intersection with Minnesota Highway 34 in Tansem Township (east of Barnesville) in west-central Minnesota.

The northern terminus for Minnesota 32 is its intersection with Minnesota Highway 11 in Greenbush in northwest Minnesota at Roseau County.

The southern segment of Highway 32 was authorized in 1933.

In 1940, the route was mostly gravel north of U.S. 2. By 1953, only southernmost five miles of the route were gravel. Completely paved today.
