Minnesota State Highway 289 is a state highway in the east central part of the U.S. state of Minnesota.
Highway 289 is a short highway which runs from Minnesota Highway 73 in Moose Lake to the Minnesota Correctional Facility in Moose Lake. (Formerly the Moose Lake Treatment Center.)
