Minnesota Fats may refer to:
- Minnesota Fats, the pool hustler supporting character in Walter Tevis's novel The Hustler and the film based on it (with Jackie Gleason playing this role)
- "Minnesota Fats", the nickname used by real-life professional pool player and entertainer Rudolf Wanderone Jr. (a.k.a. "New York Fatty") for much of his professional career, after the release of the above film.
