The Ministry of Law is a ministry of the government of Singapore. It ensures that Singapore's legal infrastructure remains clear, efficacious and transparent, as it is this infrastructure that underpins the country's social and economic progress.

To ensure a sound legal infrastructure, optimise land resources and promote intellectual property to support our economic and social goals.
[edit] Organisational Structure
The Ministry of Law comprises
- Headquarters (HQ)
- 3 departments (Insolvency and Public Trustee's Office, Legal Aid Bureau and Chief Information Officer's Office)
- 3 boards & tribunals (Appeals Board for Land Acquisitions, Land Surveyors Board and Copyright Tribunal)
- 2 statutory boards (Intellectual Property Office of Singapore and Singapore Land Authority).
Headquarters (HQ) is mainly made up of the policy divisions including Legal Policy Division, Land Policy Division, Intellectual Property Policy Division and the Strategic Planning Division. HQ is also inclusive of the Community Mediation Unit with its Community Mediation Centres (CMCs) dispersed in Maxwell Road and the Subordinate Courts of Singapore.
