(Grades 6-8)
The original high school was opened in 1914 and was destroyed by a fire on March 27, 1924.
This was Mineola High School building as it appeared in 1959 or 1960. The school was built in the 1925 and destroyed in 1968 . The school was located in the 400 block of West Blair Street.
In 1968-present, the new High School is located at 900 Pattern Street near the loop of Mineola.

In the 2007 Football Season
Mineola won 6 out of 11 Football Games.
Went to first playoff since 2001 and lost to Pleasant Grove.

The theatre department of Mineola High School is known as Act I & Company. Act I & Company has won the UIL One Act Play Championship in conference 3A, 7 times. Of those 7 championships, 5 were consecutive wins--the most consecutive wins in any UIL activity. Act I & Company has also placed first runner up and second runner up at the State Meet. Numerous theatre students have also advanced to the UIL State Meet in Prose and Poetry Interpretation. Most recently Mineola has advanced to the state level for the UIL Theatrical Design Contest. Mineola has advanced to the state level 3 years in a row in the design contest. Theatre students from Mineola have went on the study theatre at colleges and universities such as; Marymount College, The University of Texas at Austin, St. Edwards University, Sam Houston State University, Panola College, Kilgore College, and Tyler Junior College.

has won 3rd place in the 3A division in Plano East Competition.
