Mindy Farrar was Penthouse's Pet of the Month for Nov. 1984 and was chosen as their Pet of the Year for 1987. Both pictorials emphasized her striking physicality and particularly her 37-inch bust.
Mindy had previously appeared nude in several other adult publications (including Hustler), sometimes under the name Cindy Nelson. She has since retired from modeling and lives in Kansas.
