Mindy Duncan (born c. 1972) is a beauty queen from Newberg, Oregon, who won the title Miss Teen USA 1988.
The petite (5' 3"/160 cm) red haired sixteen-year-old became the first Miss Oregon Teen USA to win at the Miss Teen USA competition, when she won the title in the pageant held in San Bernadino, California on July 25, 1988. At present, she is the only red-haired winner of the pageant.
Two other Miss Oregon Teen USA titleholders, Bridgette Wilson (1990) and Tami Farrell (2003), have since also won the crown.
