[edit] Music style

Although Mindflow is mainly referred to as a progressive metal band, their songs are usually exposed to a lot of change, and can vary from being calm and slow, to loud and fast. As a common characteristic, however, all of Mindflow's music is the result of advanced instrumental play and meaningful lyrics, as well as numerous odd time signatures and solo parts.

[edit] Present

Mindflow is currently doing concerts mainly in Brazil, but will in August embark on their second tour to Europe, a tour that will start off in Norway, at the Metal Heart Festival, and continue with six more concerts in three different countries. [3] This tour will be one step out of many in order to promote Mindflow on a world-wide basis, and the band is also currently putting together a street team that will serve the same purpose.

In an e-mail to one of their fans, Mindflow has announced that they have finished making all the songs for a third studio album, that the recording of this album will start in August, and that it will be released in May, 2008 according to the current schedule. [4] Whether of not Mindflow will play any of the new songs on the Europe tour is currently unknown.
