Mindelunden

Mindelunden is a memorial park in Ryvangen in Copenhagen, Denmark. Parking at 55°43′32.52″N, 12°34′1.50″ECoordinates: 55°43′32.52″N, 12°34′1.50″E.

On this location the German occupying power executed members of the Danish resistance movement during the second world war. Today it is used as a memorial place for the people who were killed because they were taken while carrying out sabotage or liquidations of informers. The captives were tied to one of the "silent poles" at the end of the firing range and shot by German soldiers
