Mindaugas Kalonas (born February 28, 1984 in Vilnius, Lithuania) is a Lithuanian football midfielder. His current club is FC Kuban Krasnodar.

He played in the youger teams of FC Dynamo Moscow, then he moved to play with FC Saturn were he impressed some SC Braga scouts that took him to play for them. But he didn't make through the first team having played only for Braga B. He then returned to eastern Europe. In Latvia he played with FHK Liepājas Metalurgs having won the 2006 Latvian cup.
